NOW SCHEDULING JANUARY CLIENTS!

Offering services to provide an integrated mind-body approach to health and wellness. The core BTBC approach is to celebrate each person in their own, ever-evolving healthy lifestyle!

body therapy by coco (BTBC) is based on the idea that a healthy lifestyle is constantly evolving - and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach! The goal of BTBC is to encourage you to embrace your unique qualities and strengths—and discover a confident, empowered healthy approach to life! Through individual and group fitness programs, BTBC strives to use movement to build connection - within ourselves and with each other!

Every person’s health journey is different, and BTBC strives to embrace the differences that make us unique while focusing on common goals of personal empowerment. It is through supporting one another that we are able to reach our individual goals. The ideal BTBC class will create a space for growth, a supportive community that celebrates all our differences, and an atmosphere where students can find their best selves—and get a killer workout in the process!

Work with Coco Personally!

Disclaimer: I am not a trained or licensed therapist and do not claim to be! Though I have credentials related to nutrition and wellness counseling, I am not a mental health professional. I have tremendous respect for the individuals who do this work, as well as the time they have spent investing in getting the proper education and qualifications. However, Body Therapy by Coco (BTBC) is the program and studio I started to take a different approach to fitness, exercise, and wellness. The American Psychological Association defines therapy as one way to help people of all ages live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. In the traditional sense, psychologists or counselors apply research-based techniques to help people develop more effective habits through experiential processes. But therapy goes well beyond the kinds of things we traditionally think of! And it was my intention to develop an approach to wellness that builds upon this idea. I hope the services we offer have therapeutic value--namely, that they are able to help people make the kinds of changes they want to see in their lives—but please contact a qualified provider if you are in need of clinical services!
